Artist Call for Fraser Heights Recreation Centre

The City of Surrey invites Expressions of Interest from professional artists or artist teams to create an iconic sculpture to serve as a landmark and gateway feature near the Fraser Heights Recreation Centre.

Submission deadline: July 16, 2017 at 4pm

EOI Information Meeting for Fraser Heights project is scheduled for Monday, June 19 at 3:30 pm at Fraser Heights Recreation Centre (10588 160 St) in Surrey.

Shortlisted artists will be informed by email and phone on July 24. The names of the shortlisted artists will be indicated on this webpage by July 26. Unsuccessful applicants will not otherwise be contacted.

Shortlisted Artists for Port Kells Mosaic Project

The City of Surrey recently invited Expressions of Interest from professional mosaic artists or artist teams for a mosaic panel or group of mosaic panels for the exterior wall of Port Kells Centennial Community Centre. Read the Artist Call.

The shortlisted artists who have been contacted to prepare their concepts are:

  • Connie Glover
  • Bruce Walther
