The Community Services Portal will be a new, City-wide resource that builds off of the Surrey Libraries community services brochures. Surrey Libraries currently offers brochures at all of their locations and on their website, The full Surrey Community Services Listing is also available online here on

Surrey Libraries distributes nearly 15,000 community service brochures at their Surrey Libraries locations.

The Community Services Portal is a new Surrey initiative to support vulnerable populations, as part of the Surrey Public Safety Strategy. The Surrey Community Services Portal follows recommendations in many of the City of Surrey’s social plans and initiatives, such as the Surrey Poverty Reduction Plan, Vulnerable Women & Girls and Local Immigration Partnership.

Several of these identify a need to increased awareness services and supports available in Surrey for residents struggling with a range of vulnerabilities. New immigrants and refugees, low-income residents and youth are just a few of the groups that will benefit from the portal.

Contact with questions on the Surrey Community Services Portal or to report a change or addition to the organization list.
