Land Use Contract Terminations

Pursuant to Section 464.1(c) and 548 of the Local Government Act, R.S.B.C. 2015, c.1, the City Council of the City of Surrey intends to terminate the following Land Use Contracts:

  • Land Use Contract No. 118 (12811 to 12867 - 96 Avenue odd numbers)
  • Land Use Contract No. 313 (10201 to 10239 King George Boulevard odd numbers)
  • Land Use Contract No. 1 (10232 Whalley Boulevard)
  • Land Use Contract No. 329 (10392 King George Boulevard)
  • Land Use Contract No. 40 (10322, 10324 and 10326 Whalley Boulevard)
  • Land Use Contract No. 73 (10753 to 10769 - City Parkway odd numbers; 13440 to 13456 - 108 Avenue even numbers)
  • Land Use Contract No. 543 (8160 and 8170 – 120 Street)
  • Land Use Contract No. 499 (12761 - 16 Avenue)
  • Land Use Contract No. 586 (9320 - 120 Street)
  • Land Use Contract No. 486 (9825 to 9839 – 138 Street odd numbers)
  • Land Use Contract No. 377 (8292, 8294, 8296 and 8298 - 120 Street)
  • Land Use Contract No. 181 (8220 and 8232 - 120 Street)
  • Land Use Contract No. 479 (15553 - 24 Avenue)
  • Land Use Contract No. 355 (1938 - 152 Street; 15241 - 19 Avenue)
  • Land Use Contract No. 508 (Portion of 9412 – 120 Street)
  • Land Use Contract No. 512 (12990 – 72 Avenue)
  • Land Use Contract No. 321 (13192 - 92 Avenue)
  • Land Use Contract No. 511 (1329 and 1337 – 128A Street0
  • Land Use Contract No. 161 (14334, 14348 and 14362 - Gladstone Drive; 11216 - 143A Street)
  • Land Use Contract No. 524 (Between 140 Street to 140B Street, and 88 Avenue to 89 Avenue)
  • Land Use Contract No. 480 (5520 – 120 Street; 12035 and 12047 New Mclellan Road)
  • Land Use Contract No. 558 (Between 140 Street to 141 Street, and 27A Avenue to 28 Avenue)

The Public Hearing on these Land Use Contract Terminations will be held before the Acting Mayor at Surrey City hall, 13450 – 104 Avenue on Tuesday, July 11, 2017, at 6:00 p.m.

City staff will be available in the Council Chamber beginning one hour prior to the meeting to address questions and concerns from affected property owners.

Owners may also contact the City by phone, email, fax or mail prior to the Public Hearing, and no later than noon on Tuesday, July 11, 2017.

The minutes from the Public Hearing will be received by Council at a later date, and the adoption of the Bylaw will be considered at that time.

Please note that Council may not receive further submissions concerning this application after the conclusion of the Public Hearing.
