Land Use Contract Terminations

Pursuant to Section 464.1(c) and 548 of the Local Government Act, R.S.B.C. 2015, c.1, the City Council of the City of Surrey intends to terminate the following Land Use Contracts:

  • Land Use Contract No. 81 (Between 90 Avenue & 92 Avenue, and 123 Street & 124 Street)
  • Land Use Contract No. 149 (Between 92 Avenue & 93 Avenue, and 123A Street & 124A Street)
  • Land Use Contract No. 300 (Between 92A Avenue & 93 Avenue, and 123 Street and 124 Street)
  • Land Use Contract No. 260 (12435, 12443 and 12457 - 93 Avenue)
  • Land Use Contract No. 326 (12305, 12315, 12325, 12335 and 12345 – 93 Avenue; 12308, 12318, 12328, 12338 and 12348 – 93A Avenue)
  • Land Use Contract No. 23 (Between 93A Avenue & Iona Place, and 123 Street & 124 Street)
  • Land Use Contract No. 461 (9407 and 9417 - 124 Street)
  • Land Use Contract No. 494 (North of 94 Avenue between 124 Street & 125 Street)
  • Land Use Contract No. 470 (9480 and 9482 - 125 Street; 12512 and 12524 - 95 Avenue)
  • Land Use Contract No. 85 (Between 60 Avenue & 61A Avenue, and 174A Street & 175A Street)
  • Land Use Contract No. 515 (18398 - Fraser Highway)
  • Land Use Contract No. 568 (17514, 17524, 17535 and 17567 - 55B Avenue)
  • Land Use Contract No. 383 (14458 – 104 Avenue)
  • Land Use Contract No. 527 (8951 – 152 Street)
  • Land Use Contract No. 105 (15250 – 104 Avenue)
  • Land Use Contract No. 124 (10262 – 152A Street)
  • Land Use Contract No. 452 (South east corner of Fraser Highway at 152 Street)
  • Land Use Contract No. 111 (South east corner of 149A Street and 104 Avenue)
  • Land Use Contract No. 392 (14902 to 14920 – 104 Avenue)
  • Land Use Contract No. 27 (South east corner of 152 Street and 102A Avenue)

The Public Hearing on these Land Use Contract Terminations will be held before the Acting Mayor at Surrey City hall, 13450 – 104 Avenue on Tuesday, May 30, 2017, at 6:00 p.m.

City staff will be available in the Council Chamber beginning one hour prior to the meeting to address questions and concerns from affected property owners.

Owners may also contact the City by phone, email, fax or mail prior to the Public Hearing, and no later than noon on Tuesday, May 30, 2017.

The minutes from the Public Hearing will be received by Council at a later date, and the adoption of the Bylaw will be considered at that time.

Please note that Council may not receive further submissions concerning this application after the conclusion of the Public Hearing.
